Travelling with a Milk Allergy

How To Travel Bali Safely With A Milk Allergy

Whilst it’s less common to find milk in savoury dishes in Indonesian and Balinese cuisine, with the increasing influence of international cuisines and the growth of more modern and fusion restaurants, it's always a good idea to ask about ingredients if you're dining out. It’s worth noting that condensed milk is primarily used in traditional Indonesian desserts and beverages but interestingly, cheese in Indonesia is mainly reserved for sweet dishes and is rarely found in savoury meals.
